1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and x777 ("x777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at x777-bangla.com. 2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the x777 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

3Account Verification (KYC)

x777 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, and in any case where there is a reasonable concern about the authenticity of account information. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

When requested, you must provide the following documents within the timeframe specified by x777 support:

• Proof of Identity: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Passport or Driving Licence issued by the Government of Pakistan.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence showing your name and current address, dated within the last 3 months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation from your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay account confirming the mobile number or wallet used for deposits.

During the KYC verification period, x777 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. Gameplay may continue during this period. Failure to provide required documents within 14 days of request may result in account suspension.

All KYC documents submitted to x777 are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your identity documents with third parties except where required by applicable law.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x777 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• x777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any request claiming to be from x777 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your x777 account that you do not reuse on other platforms.

• x777 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

x777 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by x777 at any stage.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks), Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• x777 charges no deposit processing fee. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are beyond x777's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Deposits are credited to your x777 balance in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT may take up to 2 hours during peak times.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your x777 account.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in approximately 5 minutes from approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within the same business day.
• x777 charges no withdrawal processing fee. Your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. See Section 3.
• x777 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusually large withdrawal requests or withdrawal patterns that suggest unusual activity.

6Bonuses & Promotions

x777 offers various promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus rules in this section. In case of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% deposit match up to Rs 25,000 on your first qualifying deposit.
• Minimum deposit to qualify: Rs 500.
• Wagering requirement: 30x the total of deposit + bonus amount, before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
• Eligible games: All Jackpot Slots (100% contribution), Live Casino games (20% contribution), Virtual Sports (50% contribution). PSL Betting (10% contribution).
• Must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus and associated winnings expire after 30 days.

Weekly Live Casino Cashback:

• 8% of net live casino losses returned every Monday, up to Rs 3,000 per week.
• Calculated automatically on losses from the previous Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 PKT.
• Credited to your x777 account by Monday 12:00 PKT without any request required.
• Wagering requirement: 10x the cashback amount on Live Casino games.
• Must be wagered within 7 days of being credited or it expires.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all x777 promotions:

• One bonus per player per promotion period unless otherwise stated.
• x777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including multi-accounting or bonus abuse, will be forfeited and may result in account closure.
• x777 may require additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.
• Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: Rs 1,000 per round/bet. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

7Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the x777 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or game lobby. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.

• x777 live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) broadcast on video. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result and are final.
• x777 slot and virtual sports outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG certification details are available on request.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — including disconnection, server error or power outage — x777 will resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. Partial bets that cannot be determined will be void and stakes returned.
• x777 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced, or where there is evidence that the outcome was known at the time of betting.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. Confirm your stake and selection carefully before placing.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages apply over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x777 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real money deposits where funds are connected to prohibited activity), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one x777 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Bonus abuse: Registering or playing with the intent to exploit bonus offers in a way not consistent with normal recreational gameplay. This includes systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated method to interact with x777 games or platform features.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes, particularly in live multiplayer formats.
• Money laundering: Using x777 to deposit, wager and withdraw funds as a method of laundering money from any illicit source.

• Exploitation of software errors: If you identify a bug, error or technical exploit on the x777 platform, you must report it to support immediately. Exploiting any such error for financial gain is a prohibited activity.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the x777 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional material, software code and data — is the property of x777 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any x777 content without prior written permission from x777.
• You may not use the x777 brand name, logo or trademarks in any context — including social media, advertising or third-party websites — without explicit authorisation.
• The x777 name, logo and associated marks are registered or pending trademarks. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement.

x777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use of x777 content or infrastructure.

10Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Reality checks: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once set.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from x777. We will close your account, return any real money balance and suppress all marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the stated period.

11Limitation of Liability

• In no event will x777's total liability to any player exceed the total net deposits that player has made to their x777 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits x777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. x777 is not liable for gambling losses that arise from your own decisions to place bets. You use the x777 platform entirely at your own risk.

12Suspension & Account Closure

x777 may suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, x777 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, may also retain real money deposits pending investigation. Where account closure is not related to a breach, any real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your own x777 account at any time by contacting support. Real money balances will be returned after standard KYC verification. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13Privacy & Data

x777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at x777, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, x777 collects data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

14Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the x777 platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you should close your account before the change takes effect. x777 will return any real money balance upon closure in these circumstances.

15Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which x777 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, x777 and the player agree to attempt to resolve the matter first through good-faith negotiation via the x777 support and complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
